"Check Brake Cooling Oil Level"
This warning indicates that the brake cooling oil level is low. The VIMS will display an informational message "Check Brake Cooling Oil Level " on the Advisor screen. VIMS will not log an event for this warning.Probable Cause
Brake cooling oil level is low. Shut down the machine and add oil to the brake cooling system.Warning 2
"High Brake Oil Temperature" "Slow Down, Downshift"
This warning indicates that the temperature of the oil in the hydraulic tank for the brake cooling circuit is greater than 120° C (248° F)for 10 seconds. The VIMS will display a warning category 2 message "High Brake Oil Temperature Slow Down, Downshift" on the Advisor screen. The VIMS will also log an event. Probable Cause
The viscosity of the oil is incorrect.
The bypass check valve for the oil cooler is stuck open. This action does not allow the oil to flow through the oil cooler.
There is a restriction in an oil passage.Warning 3
"High Brake Oil Temperature" "Shutdown Safely"
This warning indicates that the temperature of the oil in the hydraulic tank for the brake cooling circuit is greater than 120° C (248° F) for 60 seconds. The VIMS will display a warning category 3 message " High Brake Oil Temperature Shutdown Safely" on the Advisor screen. The VIMS will also log an event.Probable Cause
The viscosity of the oil is incorrect.
The bypass check valve for the oil cooler is stuck open. This action does not allow the oil to flow through the oil cooler.
There is a restriction in an oil passage.Warning 4
"Low Front Brake Accumulator Pres" "Service Required"
This warning indicates that the machine has been started, ground speed is less than 1.3 km/h (0.80 mph) and the pressure of the oil from the brake accumulators is lower than 8960 537 kPa (1300 78 psi). The VIMS will display a warning category 2 message "Low Front Brake Accumulator Pres Service Required" on the Advisor screen. The VIMS will not log an event for this warning.Probable Cause
The output of the brake pump is low.
The brake accumulators are not charged correctly.
There is a restriction in the line from the brake
