Digital PhotographsWhenever a Servicing Dealer accesses the database to obtain OEM information, the system automatically sends an e-mail to the OEM and to the Selling Dealer. The e-mail will contain the following information: customer name, customer's phone number, servicing dealer's name, servicing dealer's phone number and the reason for the service call.The OEM Service Interlink web site can be accessed at the following address:http://oeminterlink.cat.com
