Refer to the attached Rework Procedure to replace the 3734965/">373-4965 Hydraulic Drain Tube.
Ensure that the replaced tube has a 7 digits batch code greater or equal than 9312135.

Rework Procedure
1. Remove foot rest pedals, floor mat and floor plate to access to the hydraulic pump group underneath the cab. Lower the center bottom guards.
2. Remove cracked 3734965/">373-4965 Tube and remove the O-ring seals.
3. Connect new drain tube with batch code greater than 9312135 to transmission hydraulic valve. Leave drain tube assembly loose.
4. Check the gap between drain tube assembly and hydraulic pump. Refer to Image 1.4.1.

5. If gap is greater than 2 mm (0.079 inch), loosen the three bolts that hold transmission hydraulic valve to bracket. Loosen four bolts that support bracket to the frame. Try to reduce gap to 2 mm (0.079 inch) or less. Refer to Image 1.5.1. and Image 1.5.2.

6. Tighten four bracket bolts first, then tighten three valve bolts. Tighten drain tube assembly to transmission hydraulic valve first, then tighten drain tube assembly to hydraulic pump.
7. Top off the hydraulic oil level. Make a functional and leakage test.
8. Reinstall foot rest pedals, floor mat and floor plate. Reinstall the bottom guards.
