3. Disconnect oil lines (1) and (2) from the elevator pump. 4. Fasten a hoist to the elevator pump and remove bolts (3). Remove the elevator pump. Weight is 125 lb. (56 kg).Install Elevator Pump
1. Be sure O-ring seal (1) is in place on the elevator pump and put clean oil on the O-ring seal.2. Fasten a hoist and put the elevator pump in position on the pump drive and install the bolts that hold it in place. 3. Connect suction line (3) to the pump. Fill the pump with clean oil.4. Connect oil lines (2) to the pump.5. Fill the hydraulic tank with clean oil to the correct level.
