Installation Procedure

Install fan drive motor (9) in position. Secure fan drive motor (9) with two bolts (8) and the washers.
Rotate the fan shroud and fan drive motor (9) to the opposite side.

If adapter (7) was removed, install adapter (7) .

Install fan (6). Install four bolts (4). Install the washers and the nuts. Install one bolt (5) in the center of fan (6) .Note: Bolt (5) is a different size. Bolts (4) are the same size.

Install fan drive assembly in position. Secure fan drive assembly with four bolts (1) and the washers .
Remove the caps from hydraulic lines (2) and (3). Connect hydraulic line (2) and hydraulic lines (3) .
Fill the hydraulic tank and purge all of the air from the hydraulic system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7208 for the proper procedure.
Start the engine and check the engine for leaks. Check the fan drive motor for proper operation.
