PIN-LOCK 4862008 - Caterpillar

Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
Open the engine hood. The air cleaner is located on the left side of the machine.

Remove two bolts (1) which hold air cleaner housing (2) in place.

Remove three clamps (4). Remove cover (3) .

Remove primary filter element (5) .

Remove secondary filter element (6) .

Disconnect hose (7) from air cleaner housing (2) .
Loosen clamp (8). Remove air cleaner housing (2) .Installation Procedure

Install air cleaner housing (2). Tighten clamp (8) .
Connect hose (7) to air cleaner housing (2) .

Install secondary filter element (6) .

Install primary filter element (5) .

Install cover (3). Tighten three clamps (4).

Install two bolts (1) which hold air cleaner housing (2) in place.
Close the engine hood.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
