Assembly Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. If necessary, replace the O-ring seals.Note: Exceeding the listed torque specifications may cause low engine performance.
Install O-ring seals (15) onto check valve (14) . Install check valve (14) . Tighten check valve (14) to a torque of 27 3 N m (20 2 lb ft).

Install O-ring seals (13) onto check valve (12) . Install check valve (12) . Tighten check valve (12) to a torque of 27 3 N m (20 2 lb ft).

Install O-ring seals (11) on valve assembly (10) . Install valve assembly (10) , coil assembly (9) , washer (8) , and nut (7) . Tighten valve assembly (10) to a torque of 30 5 N m (22 4 lb ft). Tighten nut (7) to a torque of 20.0 2.5 N m (15 2 lb ft). Repeat for the remaining solenoid valve.

Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. If necessary, replace the O-ring seals.
Install O-ring seals (6) onto valve assembly (5) . Install valve assembly (5) , coil assembly (4) , washer (3) , and nut (2) . Tighten valve assembly (5) to a torque of 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft). Tighten nut (2) to a torque of 20.0 2.5 N m (15 2 lb ft).

Install tube assembly (1) .End By: Install the fuel manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Control Manifold (ARD) - Install".
