1 1 7Y-1650 Hose Clamp Torque to 5.39 0.49 N m (47.71 4.34 lb in).

4 - - Before assembly, apply 8C-8422 Sealant between the mating surfaces of the swing gear and the upper frame assembly and between the bearing group and the carbody assembly.
5 4 8T-4136 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to the threads.
Torque to 20 2 N m (177 18 lb in).
6 54 227-6181 Bolt Before assembly, remove compound, oil and dust from female threads, then apply blue Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize Compound to threads.
Use the following tightening procedure:
1. Tighten bolts to 250 25 N m (184 18 lb ft).
2. Turn to an additional angle of 75 5 degrees.
7 8 8T-4136 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to the threads.
Torque to 37 4 N m (27 3 lb ft).
8 70 9X-2194 Bolt Before assembly, remove compound, oil and dust from female threads, then apply blue Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize Compound to threads.
Use the following tightening procedure:
1. Tighten bolts to 250 25 N m (184 18 lb ft).
2. Turn to an additional angle of 55 5 degrees.
9 2 8T-4137 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to the threads.
Torque to 37 4 N m (27 3 lb ft).
