If the existing 248-5564 Air Shutoff Gp does not pass the inspection listed in Special Instruction, REHS7946, replace the shutoff group using the following procedure.Removal and Installation Procedure

(1) Two 0S-1594 Bolts (2) Two 5M-2894 Hard Washers (3) Two 7W-1944 Retainers
Remove bolts (1), washers (2), and retainers (3). Remove the inlet air pipe connected to the 248-5564 Air Shutoff Gp. In some applications the air pipe must be removed from the support bracket.

(4) Four bolts and four washers
Remove bolts and washers (4). Remove the 248-5564 Air Shutoff Gp .

(5) 3P-0654 O-Ring Seal
Install the new 386-9335 Air Shutoff Gp .Note: Before reassembling inspect O-ring seal (5), replace if the seal is damaged.

(4) Four bolts and four washers
Reinstall bolts and washers (4) .
Check the two 5P-5700 O-Ring Seals on the air inlet pipe for damage, replace if necessary.
