Use Tooling (A) to remove crankshaft gear (1) from crankshaft (3). Remove key (2) from the crankshaft. Installation Procedure

Raise the temperature of crankshaft gear (1).
Install key (2) in crankshaft (3). Install crankshaft gear (1). Note: The shoulder of crankshaft gear (1) must be installed toward the front of crankshaft (3).End By:
