Information:
Left Side Compartment, Cover Open (Control levers to valve sections) 4. Kickout plate assembly. 16. Valve sections. With the control levers all in HOLD positions, the oil from pump (7) goes to both pilot oil relief valve and through inlet (21) of the control valve. The pump oil goes through port plate (11), valve sections (16) and (13), into end plate (14). The oil from the end plate goes again through valve sections (13) and (16) and out of port plate (11) to block (12) with the filter bypass valve. The oil goes through block (12), when the bypass valve is closed, into filter housing (8), through filter element (17), again through block (12) to line (18). The oil through line (18) goes to the sump in the transmission. High oil pressure in block (12) opens the filter bypass valve.
Left Side Compartment Cover Open 5. Hydraulic cylinder for kickout. 8. Filter housing. 16. Valve sections. High oil pressure in the block is caused by the restriction of oil flow through filter element (17). The restriction of oil flow can be from either a filter element with too much dirt and/or cold oil with too much viscosity. When the bypass valve is opened, the oil in block (12) goes directly through line (18) into the sump in the transmission. The complete hydraulic system schematic with the locations of the components of the hydraulic systems are in D5B SA HYDRAULIC SCHEMATIC, Form No. SENR7570 and D6D SA HYDRAULIC SCHEMATIC, Form No. SENR7452.Control Valve
Oil Flow For The Control Valve (Schematic) (Valve Stem in HOLD Position) 1. Implement cylinder. 11. Port plate. 14. End plate. 16. Valve section. 19. Relief valve. 21. Pump oil inlet. 24. Pump oil passage. 25. Oil passage. 26. Check valve. 27. Oil passage. 28. Make-up valve. 29. Return oil passage. 30. Oil outlet. 31. Rod end oil line. 32. Head end oil line. 33. Return oil passage. 34. Pump oil passage (return oil in HOLD position). The operation of valve sections (13) and (16) is the same except for the FLOAT operation. Valve section (13) does not have a detent or a position for FLOAT operation and it also does not have a make-up valve. The oil flow illustrations are schematics and show only one valve section between end plate (14) and port plate (11).The valve stem HOLD position lets the oil, from the hydraulic pump through inlet (21), go through the valve and through outlet (30). The pump oil in inlet (21) goes into passages (24) and (34). The oil in passage (34) goes through end plate (14), return passage (33) and through outlet (30). The oil in passage (24) is stopped by end plate (14). The pump oil stopped in passage (24) is for the operation of all of the valve sections in the control valve at the same time. When valve sections are in operation together, the pump oil supply from passage (24) goes to both implements and their operation is not as fast as when
