Be sure to make preparing work in accordance with the following procedures or seriously injury can occur in possible. 1. Remove a pin/a ring pin securing hook, and pull out the hook from the rod.
Deformation or crack of the hook can cause falling of the lifting objects resulting in personal injury. Always replace the hook with the new one.
2. Install the removed pin and the removed ring pin in the original position.3. Fully extend the bucket cylinder to close the bucket.
Be sure to make lifting operation with the bucket closed of the correct lifting loads will be not shown, and the wire rope will break in possible because the bucket comes in contact with the wire rope.
4. Press lift mode switch on the monitor panel and the buzzer sounds for approximately 2 seconds, and LED (green) on above section comes on.
Do not make lifting operation if lift mode LED does not come on.
