PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1) Replace existing left hardware and bracket assembly with a new 392-9882 Bracket Assembly (Item 4), two 9D-7924 Rubber Mounts (Item 1), two 8T-6466 Bolts (Item 2), four 8T-4226 Washers (Item 3), three 8T-4196 Bolts (Item 5), and three 8T-4121 Washers (Item 6).
The sequence of hardware installation is important. Attach the bracket assembly (Item 4) to the aluminum bar plate radiator first using two 9D-7924 Rubber Mounts (Item 1), two 8T-6466 Bolts (Item 2), four 8T-4226 Washers (Item 3). Then attach the bracket assembly to the radiator guard using three 8T-4196 Bolts (Item 5), and three 8T-4121 Washers (Item 6).
The 8T-6466 Bolts (Item 2) should be tightened to 40 Nm +/- 5 Nm (354 Inch Pounds +/- 44 Inch Pounds)
