Note: O-ring seals, gaskets, and seals should always be replaced. A used O-ring may not have the same sealing properties as a new O-ring seal. A reconditioning procedure should not be degraded because of a low cost component such as an O-ring seal or a gasket. Use 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound during the assembly procedure.

Install Tooling (A) to hydraulic tank (28). Use chains and a suitable lifting device in order to install the hydraulic tank to the machine. The weight of the hydraulic tank is approximately 102 kg (225 lb).

Note: Keep the hydraulic tank away from the cab in order to install the tube assembly and hose assemblies in this Step.
Install the O-ring seals to the fittings on the hydraulic tank. Connect hose assemblies (27) and (26) .
Install the O-ring seal to tube assembly (24). Connect tube assembly (24) with the washers and bolts (25) .

Move the hydraulic tank with bracket (23) into position. Install three bolts (22), the six washers, and the three nuts.

Install the washers and bolts (21). The two bolts are mounting bolts under the hydraulic tank.

Install the O-ring seal to hose assembly (19). Connect hose assembly (19) to the hydraulic tank with half flanges (20), the washers, and bolts (18) .

Connect tube assembly (16) with the two washers, two bolts (15), the two washers, and two bolts (17) .

Place chain (14) in position and install the washer and bolt (13) .

Connect wiring (12) to the top of the hydraulic tank.

If mountings (9) were worn or damaged, replace the mountings. Move mounting plate (11) and transmission oil filters in position and install the three washers and three bolts (7) .
Connect wiring (8) and (10) .

Place clamps (6) in position on the hose assemblies below the transmission oil filters. Install the two washers and two bolts (5) .

Place covers (3A) and (3) in position and install the washers and bolts (4) .

Place cover (2) in position and install the washers and bolts (1) .
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7247, "Refill Capacities" for the correct amount of oil.
