The major components of the 270-5051 Repair Kit (Electrical Connectors) include the components which follow: (1) Receptacle As, (2) Connector Plug As, (3) Extraction Tool, (4) Connector Socket, (5) Connector Pin and (6) Plug As. Other components that are not shown are listed in the chart.The 270-5051 Repair Kit (Electrical Connectors) is available for repairs to wiring harnesses that use Ampseal 16 and A4E2 connectors. Wiring harnesses that have these connectors can be found on many Cat products. The 9X-3401 Connector Pins (16-GA TO 18-GA), 9X-3402 Connector Sockets (16-GA TO 18-GA), 126-1767 Connector Pins (14-GA), and 126-1768 Connector Sockets (14-GA) are gold plated for better resistance to corrosion. The resistance to corrosion improves the long term performance of the connector.The 270-5051 Repair Kit (Electrical Connectors) contains all of the tools and components shown in the chart which follows.
