2 12 240-0312 Bolt Use the following procedure to tighten bolts:
Note : Before tightening the bolts, lubricate the threads of the bolt and under the bolt head with molysulfide base lubricate.
1. Tighten bolt 1 through bolt 4 in a numerical sequence as shown in Illustration 2 to 800 100 N m (590 74lb ft).
2. Tighten bolt 5 through bolt 12 in a numerical sequence as shown in Illustration 2 to 800 100 N m (590 74lb ft).
3. Again, tighten bolt 1 through bolt 4 in a numerical sequence of 13,14,15 and 16 as shown in Illustration 2 to 800 100 N m (590 74lb ft).
