1. Drain cooling system-capacity 38 U.S. Gal. (144 liter). Drain transmission-capacity 55 U.S. Gal. (208 liter). 2. Disconnect oil lines (3) and (6) from cooler.3. Remove water pipe (4) from water pump and cooler.4. Attach ratchet assembly, tool (A), and support cooler.5. Remove five retaining bolts (2) from front bracket (1). 6. Remove two bolts from rear bracket (5).7. Raise oil cooler separating cooler from engine, and slide out over frame toward rear of engine compartment-weight 155 lb. (70,3 kg).Install Transmission Oil Cooler
1. Position oil cooler on frame at rear of engine compartment and attach tool (A).2. Slide cooler forward and position it on engine, connecting cooler with rear outlet elbow.3. Install water pump pipe.4. Connect two transmission oil lines to oil cooler.5. Fill cooling system and transmission to correct level.
