Illustration 13 g01114306The winch lockout switch is designed to de-energize the winch system when the switch is placed in the LOCKED position. The switch should be in the LOCKED position before any of the following conditions occur:
The operator exits the machine.
The machine is serviced.
The machine is left unattended. The switch affects the system in the following manner: LOCKED - The implement system shall lock out the winch. All winch functions shall be turned OFF. UNLOCKED - The implement system shall unlock the winch. All winch functions shall be available. The switch is a single-pole rocker switch. The ECM is able to determine if the switch is in the LOCKED position or the UNLOCKED position. The two input circuits are used for diagnostic purposes. The ECM will detect a failure in the circuit if the two circuits of the switch are ever in the same state. The ECM will also record a diagnostic code. The diagnostic code that is associated with the winch lockout switch is CID 1874.Sensors
Hydraulic Oil Temperature Sensor

(39) Hydraulic Oil Temperature Sensor
The sender outputs a voltage signal that corresponds to the temperature of the hydraulic oil. The voltage signal is input to the Implement ECM. This voltage signal will vary representing changes in the hydraulic oil temperature. As the hydraulic oil temperature changes, the resistance of the sender changes. As the resistance of the sender changes, the hydraulic oil temperature gauge in the instrument cluster will change. The hydraulic oil temperature sensor is located on the rear side of the hydraulic tank.

Main pump pressure sensor
Illustration 16 g02452603The implement pump pressure sensor is designed to inform the ECM about the discharge pressure of the implement pump. The ECM uses this information for many features such as the ripper auto stow function and calibrations. The sensor is located on the bottom of the implement pump. The sensors output is an input to the ECM. The ECM provides +5 DCV to the sensor for operating power. The ECM receives a voltage signal from the sensor that is proportional to the supply voltage and the pressure on the system. The ECM uses this voltage in order to determine the actual pressure on the system. The linear signal is between 0.5V and 4.5V. The ECM diagnoses diagnostic codes that occur to the signal circuit of the sensor. The diagnostic code that is associated with the main pump pressure sensor is CID 1450.AutoCarry Attachment
AutoCarry Mode Select Switch
The AutoCarry Select switch is located on the right B-post.
