Remove the radiator from the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove". Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove bolts (3) and baffle assemblies (4).
Remove bolts (1) and plate assemblies (2).

Remove bolts (5) and plate assemblies (6).
Remove bolts (7) and plate assemblies (8) and (9).

Attach suitable lifting device to radiator core (10). Weight of radiator core (10) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).
Separate radiator cores (10).
