A 138-7573 Link Bracket 3 Start By:
Remove the torque converter. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Torque Converter - Remove".
Remove the oil filter and base. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Oil Filter and Base (Power Train) - Remove and Install".
If equipped, remove the rear PTO shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pump Drive - Remove".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before you begin the removal procedure, the exterior of the components should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.Note: Put identification marks on all harness assemblies for installation purposes.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to torque converter housing (1). The weight of torque converter housing (1) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Disconnect harness assembly (2) .

Remove bolts (6) .
Remove three bolts (3) (not shown).
Remove bolts (5) .
Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove torque converter housing (1) .
