Install bearings (7) on fan shaft (6). Tighten setscrews (12) in bearings (7).

Attach a suitable lifting device to pulley (8). The weight of pulley (8) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Position key (11) and pulley (8) on the fan shaft. Install bolts (9).
Apply Tooling (B) to setscrew (10). Tighten setscrew (10).

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan shaft (6), bearings (7), and pulley (8). The weight of fan shaft (6), bearings (7), and pulley (8) is approximately 70 kg (150 lb). Place fan shaft (6), bearings (7), and pulley (8) in a vertical position.
