Description of Change: A new belt tensioner is now used on the engines that are listed above. The new belt tensioner has a new design that includes a better spring, a better pulley bearing, and improved bearing sealing.Adaptable To: The new 347-7963 Belt Tensioner is a direct replacement for the 200-2279 Belt Tensioner. The new belt tensioner is adaptable back to the first production of the engines that are listed above. The change is effective at the factory with the engine serial numbers WJH08462-UP.

The assembly spring torque is 56.5 5.6 N m (41.7 4.1 lb ft)
The mounting bolt torque is 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft)
The pulley bolt torque is 41 8 N m (30 6 lb ft)
