2. Disconnect electrical connector (1) and disconnect two hose assemblies (3) from priority valve (2). 3. Disconnect hose assembly (4) from the priority valve. Remove four bolts (5) and the priority valve from the machine. Install the priority valve in the reverse order.Disassemble & Assemble Priority Valve
Start By:a. remove priority valve 1. Remove four O-rings (1) from priority valve (2). 2. Remove locknut (4) and coil assembly (3). 3. Remove cartridge assembly (5) from the priority valve. 4. Remove plug and O-rings (6), spool (7) and two springs (8) from the priority valve. 5. Remove adjuster assembly (10) and stop (9) from the priority valve. 6. Remove adjuster assembly (14), stop (13), two springs (12) and spool (11) from the priority valve. The following steps are for the assembly of the priority valve. 7. Install spool (11), two springs (12), stop (13), and adjuster assembly (14). 8. Install stop (9) and adjuster assembly (10). 9. Install two springs (8), spool (7) and plug (6). 10. Install cartridge assembly (5) and tighten to a torque of 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft). 11. Install coil assembly (3) and locknut (4) and tighten to a torque of 20 2.5 N m (15 1.85 lb ft). 12. Install four O-rings (1) in valve (2).End By:a. install priority valve
