Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Disconnect hose (1).

Disconnect tubes (2) and (3). Disconnect tube assemblies (4) and (5). Disconnect tube (7). Remove nuts (6). Remove turbocharger (8) and the gasket. Installation Procedure

A - Loctite C5A Anti-Seize -
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Install turbocharger (8) in reverse order of removal
Apply Tooling (A) onto nuts (6) and the studs.
Tighten nuts (6) to a torque of 70 5 N m (52 4 lb ft).
Refer to Special Instructions, REHS5014 for installation instructions for tube (7).
