PINION 2B5907 - Caterpillar

1. Remove three bolts (1) from the seat support. Turn the seat toward the track. 2. Remove four screws (6) from panel (4). Remove the panel and rubber seal (5). Push rubber boot (3) down through top cover (2). 3. Disconnect wires (7) from the indicator light.4. Remove cable tie (8). 5. Put identification on oil lines (9). Disconnect eight oil lines (9) from the control valve. Disconnect the wire harness for the shear control switches. 6. Remove the three bolts (10) that hold the control valve to the control panel. Remove control valve (11).Install Boom And Tip Pilot Control Valve
1. Put the control valve (1) in position on the control panel and install the three bolts that hold it. 2. Connect eight oil lines (2) to the control valve. Connect the wire harness for the shear control switches. 3. Install cable tie (4).4. Connect indicator light wires (3). 5. Push rubber boot (5) up into position in top cover (6).6. Put panel (8) and rubber seal (7) in position on control panel. Install the four screws that hold the cover to the panel. 7. Put the seat in its correct position and install the three bolts that hold the seat support to the floor.
