Check Oil Level
With the engine at LOW IDLE, the oil must be visible in the sight gauge. If necessary to add oil, remove the oil fill plug.Check and repair any oil leaks around covers or hoses.Back-up Alarm
Test
Turn the start switch to ON to perform the test.Apply the service brake. Move the transmission control lever into REVERSE.The alarm should start to sound immediately. It should continue to sound until the transmission control lever is moved to NEUTRAL or FORWARD. The sound level can be adjusted by moving the adjustment on back of alarm to meet operating requirements. The alarm is set at the highest sound level when shipped from the factory. The setting should remain on high, unless the job site requires a lower level.The back-up alarm is located on the rear of the machine.Cab Air System
Clean Filters
Clean filters more often in dusty conditions. 1. Remove the covers and filter elements located under the dash in the cab. 2. Remove the filter cover located in front of the cab.3. Remove the filter elements.4. Clean the filter elements with pressure air or wash the elements in warm water and a nonsudsing household detergent.5. Rinse in clean water and air dry thoroughly.6. Install the filter elements and filter covers.
