Assemble the control valve in the following manner:
Install valve (41) and O-ring seal (42). Note: Place a light coating of hydraulic oil on valve (41) prior to installation.
Install spacer (43).
Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (44).
Install O-ring seal (39) onto plug (40). Install plug (40) into priority valve body (1).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Install O-ring seal (11) onto plug (12) and install plug (12) into priority valve body (1).
Install O-ring seal (23) onto plug (24) and install plug (24) into priority valve body (1).
Assemble spool assemblies in the following manner:
Install poppet (26) and spring (27) into spool (25).
Install retainer (28) and ring retainer (29) into spool (25).
Install spool assembly (25) into priority valve body (1). Note: Place a light coating of hydraulic oil on spool assembly (25) prior to installation.
Install O-ring seal (30) onto plug (31) and install plug (31) into priority valve body (1).
Install spring (16) into spool (18). Install poppet (15) into spool (18).
install spool (14) into spool (18). Install ring (13) into spool (18).
Install spool (18) into priority valve body (1). Note: Place a light coating of hydraulic oil on spool (18) prior to installation.
Install spring (19) into spool (18). Install poppet (20) into spring (19).
Install O-ring seal (21) onto plug (22) and install plug (22) into priority valve body (1).
Rotate the priority valve in order to access spools (18) and (25) on the opposite side.

Assemble the remaining portions of the spool assemblies in the following manner:
Install shims (32) into priority valve body (1). Install spring (33) into priority valve body (1).
Install O-ring seal (34) onto plug (35) and install plug (35) into priority valve body (1).
Install slug (36) into priority valve body (1).
Install O-ring seal (37) onto plug (38) and install plug (38) into priority valve body (1).

Assemble the solenoid valve in the following manner:
Install O-ring seals (6) onto cartridge assembly (7).
Install coil (8) onto cartridge assembly (7). Install washer (9) onto cartridge assembly (7).
Install nut (10) onto cartridge assembly (7).
Install the solenoid valve into priority valve body (1). Note: Place a light coating of hydraulic oil on the lower portion of cartridge assembly (18) prior to installation.
Install O-ring seals (2) onto plug (5) and fitting (3). Install plug (5) and fitting (3) into priority valve body (1). End By:
Install the priority valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Priority Valve - Install".
