Cleaner bar replacement tip.
(1) Mounting holes (retracted position)
(2) Mounting holes (extended position) Replacement tips on the cleaner bars have two sets of mounting holes. The replacement tips can be adjusted closer to the wheel one time after initial installation in order to compensate for wear.
Mount the replacement tips in the mounting holes that are for retracted position (1) when the tips are new.
Mount the replacement tips in the mounting holes that are for extended position (2) after the tips have been shortened by wear. Make certain that none of the replacement tips contact the wheel when moved to the extended position. Note: Rotate the wheel through a full revolution after moving cleaner bar replacement tips to the extended position. No contact is allowed between the replacement tips and the wheel at any wheel position.
