6. Connect 4I-1077 Hose Assembly (A) to the 536-9070 Tube Assembly (Pipe) and tighten to a specified torque of 160 +/- 16 N.m.

Note: Ensure that all safety information, warnings, and instructions are read and understood before any operation or any maintenance procedures are performed. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual "Safety Section".
Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary.
Refer to the Operation and Maintenance manual, for your machine, in order to release system pressure.
1. Assemble new 539-3461 Hose Assembly (B). Refer to Image2.1.1.
If you have assembled hose assemblies, you can skip this step.
If you prefer fabricating with piece parts of hose due to the difficulty of acquisition of the hose assemblies, you can utilize the piece part numbers in HIS (Hydraulic Information System).

2. Remove the existing hose assembly, tube assembly, and four sets of clips. Install two new 6V-9746 O-Ring Seals on the new 539-3459 Pipe Assembly. Install the 539-3459 Pipe Assembly with four new 236-2983 Clips, two new 4I-1676 Clips, two new 7Y-4868 Clips, six new 8T-4244 Nuts, four new 8T-4179 Bolts, four new 8T-4223 Washers, four bolts (reuse), and four washers (reuse). Install new 539-3461 Hose Assembly (B) and tighten to a specified torque of 160 +/- 16 N.m. Install a new 6V-8398 O-Ring Seal to the new 6V-8942 Reducer. Install the 6V-8942 Reducer to the pipe assembly with a new 6V-8556 Swivel Nut and tighten to a specified torque of 160 +/- 16 N.m. Reconnect the hose to the 6V-8942 Reducer and tighten to a specified torque of 76 +/- 4 N.m. Refer to Image2.2.1 for the attaching angles.
Same bolt, same washer, on the same location, the same as before to reuse.

3. Tie the pipe assembly and hose assembly with the other existing hoses with eight new 7K-1181 Cables Straps, the same as it was before.
No sharp corners at each strap cutting edge is required.
4. Remove the existing pipe assembly, clip, and adapter. Relocate support assembly (B) (boom side only) by 90mm toward the bucket side. Tighten four bolts (C) on the support assembly to a specified torque of 32 +/- 6 N.m. Refer to Image2.4.1.

5. Install four new 124-0909 Clips and two new 538-8107 Plate Assemblies with four new 453-2838 Bolts and four washers (reused) on the two support assemblies. Install new 3D-2824 and 6V-9746 O-Ring Seals on to the new 6V-8637 Adapter. Install the 6V-8637 Adapter to the check valve. Install a new 6V-9746 O-Ring Seal to a new 536-9070 Tube Assembly (Pipe). Install the 536-9070 Tube Assembly (Pipe) with four new 7Y-4868 Clips, four new 8T-4183 Bolts, and four new 8T-4223 Washers. Tighten the 536-9070 Tube Assembly (Pipe) to a specified torque of 160 +/- 16 N.m. Refer to Images2.5.1 and 2.5.2.

6. Connect 539-3461 Hose Assembly (B) to the 536-9070 Tube Assembly (Pipe) and tighten to a specified torque of 160 +/- 16 N.m.
