Lay support (9) on a flat, solid surface. The weight of the support is 245 kg (540 lb).

Lift support (5) into position on support (9). The weight of support (5) is 64 kg (141 lb). Secure the support with two clevis pins (11) and two lockpins (12). Repeat this step at the other side of the assembly.

Lift platform (10) into position on support (9). The weight of the platform is 53 kg (117 lb). Secure the platform using four bolts (8). Repeat this step for platform (7).

Lift the assembly into position on the machine. The weight of the support is 524 kg (1155 lb). Attach the assembly to the nose boom using two rods (2) and two keeper pins (1) as shown in Illustration 7.
