Remove five bolts (7) and washers. Remove rubber flashing (8).

Remove the plug from port "X1" (12) of the vibratory pump. Install Tool (D) in the "X1" port.
Remove the plug from port "X2" (11) of the vibratory pump. Install Tool (D) in the "X2" port.
Connect one end of Tool (E) to Tool (D) in port "X1" (12). Connect other end of Tool (E) to Tool (D) in port "X2" (11).
Disconnect solenoid electrical connectors (13).

Remove cap from port "Mb" (15). Connect one Tool (A2) to the low-amplitude pressure tap in port "Mb" on the vibratory pump.
Remove cap from port "Ma" (14). Connect second Tool (A2) to the high-amplitude pressure tap in port "Ma" on the vibratory pump. Set Tool (A1) to read "differential pressure". Test and Adjust Procedure

Move engine start switch (6) into the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Move throttle switch (3) to HIGH-IDLE position.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on display (16). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches a minimum of 38 °C (100 °F).
Move throttle control switch (3) to the LOW-IDLE position.
Read differential pressure on Tool (A1). The differential pressure should be less than 138 kPa (20 psi). If the differential pressure is less than 138 kPa (20 psi), go to Step 18. If the differential pressure is greater than 138 kPa (20 psi), go to Step 6.

Loosen lock nut (18). Watch the differential pressure on Tool (A1). If necessary, rotate adjustment screw (17) until the differential pressure is less than 138 kPa (20 psi). Note: Step 6 adjusted the mechanical neutral setting of the servo piston.
Hold adjustment screw (17), and tighten lock nut (18).
Move engine start switch (6) to the OFF position.
Remove Tool (A2) from port "Mb" (15) and port "Ma" (14) in the vibratory pump.
If the machine is equipped with a fixed vibratory system, go to Step 19. If the machine is equipped with a variable vibratory system, go to Step 11.
Remove Tool (E) from port "X1" (12) and from port "X2" (11).
Connect one Tool (A2) to the test port installed in port "X1" (12). Connect second Tool (A2) to the test port installed in port "X2" (11). Reset Tool (A1) to read differential pressure.
Move engine start switch (6) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Read differential pressure on Tool (A1). Differential pressure should be less than 69 kPa (10 psi).
If differential pressure is less than 69 kPa (10 psi), go to Step
