Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to position top radiator tank (2) . The weight of top radiator tank is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).
Install bolts (10) .

Install clips (9) .

Note: Floor panels have been removed for photographic purposes.
Use two people in order to install panel assembly (8) . The weight of panel assembly (8) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Install bolts (7) .

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install handhold assembly (6) . The weight of handhold assembly (6) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Install bolts (5) .
Connect harness assembly (3) and install clip (4) . Repeat the procedure for the opposite side.

Connect hose assemblies (1) onto top radiator tank (2) .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)".End By: Install the front hood panel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Panels (Front and Rear) - Install".
