2. Remove six bolts (1) and plate (2).3. Disconnect oil lines (3) and put covers on the open ends.4. Fasten a hoist to the ejector cylinder as a support.5. Remove bolts (4), locks, washers (5), and pin that hold the head end of the ejector cylinder.6. Remove the bolts, locks, washers, and pin that hold the rod end of the ejector cylinder.7. Remove the ejector cylinder. Weight is 460 lb. (209 kg).Install Ejector Cylinder
1. Put the ejector cylinder in position using a hoist.2. Install the pin, washers (1), lock and bolts (2) that hold the rod end of the cylinder. Bend the lock.3. Install the pin, washers (4), locks, and bolts (3) that hold the head end of the cylinder. Bend the locks.4. Remove the covers and connect the two oil lines (5).5. Install access plate.
