Use the steps and the handholds when you get off the machine. Face the machine and use both hands. Make sure that the steps are clear of debris before you dismount.
Inspect the engine compartment for debris. Clean out any debris and paper in order to avoid a fire.
Remove all flammable debris in order to reduce a fire hazard. Dispose of all debris properly.
Always turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position before leaving the machine.
If the machine will not be operated for a month or more, remove the battery disconnect switch key.
Install all covers and all vandalism protection locks.
