Check the Oil Level
1. Open the access door on the right side of the machine. 2. Remove plug (1). The oil level should be to the bottom of the plug opening. If the oil level is low, remove breather (2) and add oil until it reaches the bottom of the plug opening. Later models have gearboxes with a dipstick that is accessible from the top of the machine.3. Clean and install the plug.4. Install the breather.5. Close the access door.Conveyor Gearboxes
Check the Oil Level
1. Remove the rear access covers. Check the oil level of both conveyor gearboxes. 2. Remove the level check/fill plug. The oil level should be to the bottom of the plug opening. Add oil if necessary.3. Clean and install the plug.4. Install and secure the access covers.Ground Drive Gearboxes
Check the Oil Level
The ground drive gearboxes are located on each rear wheel. Check the oil level of both ground drive gearboxes. The ground drive gearboxes have two plugs. Position the gearboxes so one plug (1) is at the bottom when checking the oil level of each. The other plug (2) becomes the level check/fill plug.Remove the level check/fill plug. The oil level should be to the bottom of the plug opening. Add oil if necessary. Clean and install the plug.
