(1) Install equalizer bar with the part number side to the front of the tractor.(2) Apply 5P3413 Pipe Sealant to these surfaces before installing the seals.(3) Apply 5P960 Grease to spherical surfaces and pin bore of bearings before installation.(4) Apply 6V1541 Quick Cure Primer to the inside bore of the equalizer bar and permit to dry. Then apply 9S3265 Retaining Compound before installing bearing.(5) Apply 2P2506 Anti-Seize Compound to front bore of equalizer bar saddle. Then apply 2P2506 Anti-Seize Compound to rear surface of pin that makes contact with rear bore of equalizer bar saddle. Do not apply Anti-Seize Compound to bearing area.(8) Torque for nuts ... 1350 150 N m (1000 110 lb.ft.)

This procedure is to be used on roller frame with caps only.1. Tighten inner cap bolts (7) to a torque of 70 N m (50 lb.ft.)2. Tighten outer cap bolts (6) to a torque of 270 N m (200 lb.ft.) Approximately equal space should be on each side of the pin at location (X).3. Mark the bolt head positions and tighten bolts (6) an additional 60°.4. Mark the bolt head positions and tighten bolts (7) an additional 60°.
