2. Open access door (5) on the left side of the machine.3. Loosen wing nut (3) and remove clean air filter (4). 4. Remove two bolts (6) that hold the left side of the heater core in place. 5. Loosen hose clamps (7) and disconnect heater hoses (8) from the heater core. Put plugs in the ends of the heater hoses. There will be a loss of coolant. 6. Remove bolts (9) that hold the right side of the heater core in place. 7. Remove heater core (10).Install Heater Core
1. Put heater core (1) in position. 2. Install two bolts (2) that hold the left side of the heater core in place. 3. Install bolts (3) that hold the right side of the heater core in place. 4. Connect heater hoses (4) to the heater core. 5. Install clean air filter (5).6. Close access door (6). Install panel (7).
