Front of Truck
(1) Water cannon Water cannon (1) is located at the front of the truck.Water cannon (1) produces up to 2000 L/min (528 US gpm) of flow, dependent upon pipe diameter and nozzle tip. Pressurized water is supplied via the water conduit from the rear spray bar assembly. The cannon has the following four optional nozzles:
Plain deluge (standard)
Manual adjustable
Electric adjustable
Electric adjustable with additive systemWater cannon (1) is joystick-controlled by the operator. The joystick communicates data to the display via the CAN. The display processes the input and passes output via the front XA2-A3 module to the front manifold solenoids and electric nozzle control, if equipped. The solenoids control the hydraulic water valve and cannon directional motors.
