Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Coolant - Change" for the proper draining and filling procedures.

Remove tube assembly (2) and remove O-ring seal (3).Note: Remove the O-ring seal between tube assembly (2) and the water pump cover.
Remove water temperature regulator housing (1).

Remove lip seal (4), water temperature regulator (5), and lip seal (6). Repeat for the other water temperature regulator.Installation Procedure
Install water temperature regulator housing (5) in reverse order of removal.
Use Tooling (A) to install the lip seals.
Apply Tooling (B) to O-ring seal (3).
