B - Loctite C5A Copper Anti- Seize 1 Start By:
Remove or lower the front guard, depending on which machine is being serviced.
Park the machine on a flat, level surface. Lower the blade to the ground. Chock the wheels in order to keep the machine from rolling when the parking brake is released.

Apply the parking brake from the cab in order to release the hydraulic pressure at parking brake actuator (2).
Disconnect hose assembly (1) from parking brake actuator (2).

Connect Tooling (A) to parking brake actuator (2), as shown. Use Tooling (A) to release the parking brake in order tol also release the pressure on the components that are shown in Illustration 3.

Remove the cotter pin and remove clevis pin (4).
Separate yoke assembly (5) from parking brake lever (6).
Remove nuts (3) and the washers. Remove parking brake actuator (2).

Turn Knob (B) on Tooling (A) in order to release the pressure in the parking brake actuator. Remove Tooling (A) from the parking brake actuator. Installation Procedure

Install parking brake actuator (2), the washers, and nuts (3).
Attach Tooling (A) to parking brake actuator (2).
Use Tooling (A) to apply pressure to parking brake actuator (2) in order to align yoke assembly (5) with parking brake lever (6).
Apply Tooling (B) to the bore in parking brake lever (6). Apply Tooling (B) to the bores in yoke assembly (5). Apply Tooling (B) to clevis pin (4).
Install clevis pin (4) and the cotter pin in order to connect yoke assembly (5) to parking brake lever (6).

Turn Knob (B) on Tooling (A) in order to release the pressure in the parking brake actuator. Remove Tooling (A) from the parking brake actuator.

Connect hose assembly (1) to parking brake actuator (2).
Adjust parking brake actuator (2). Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Parking Brake Actuator - Adjust" for the proper adjustment of parking brake actuator (2). End By:
