Install relief valve (39) on the hydraulic tank.

Install bypass valve (35), spring (36), screen assembly (37) and flange (38) in filter base (30) .

Install locking bolts (33) on the filter base.
Install O-ring seals (34) on filter base (30) .
Install O-ring seals (32) on return tube (31) .

Install return tube (31) and filter base (30) on the inside of the hydraulic tank.

Install O-ring seal (29) in each groove of spacer (28) .Note: The spacers must be placed with the O-ring seals toward the bottom of the tank away from the filter base.
Install bolts (27) and the washers.

Install plug (25) and the O-ring seal.
Install sensor (24), sensor (23) and the O-ring seals.
Install the gasket and plug adapter (26) with bolts (21) and the washers. Install drain plug (22) .

Install retainer (16), indicator plate (17), two O-ring seals (19), grommet (18) and glass (20) on cover (15) with bolts (14) .
Install cover (15) on the hydraulic tank with bolts (13), the washers and the locknuts.

Install O-ring seal (12) on tube assembly (10) .

Position tube assembly (10) in hydraulic tank (11) .
Install bolts (9) and the washers.

Install O-ring seal (3). Position hydraulic element assembly (4) on cover assembly (2) .
Install the bumper spring, O-ring seal (6) and retainer assembly (5) on taperlock stud (8) with nut (7) .

Use the handle to lower cover assembly (2) into the hydraulic tank, as shown.
