start by: a) remove flywheel 1. Remove the baffle mounting bolts (1) and locks.2. Remove baffle (2).3. Remove the crankshaft rear seal ring from the thrower. 4. Install tool setup (A) on the thrower. The thrower must have a temperature of 400°F (205°C) before removal.5. Remove thrower (3) from crankshaft.Install Crankshaft Rear Seal Ring And Thrower
1. The thrower must have a temperature of 350°F (176°C) before installation. Using tool setup (A), install thrower on crankshaft.
Do not use oil throwers that have been used before.
2. Put engine oil on the rear seal ring and on the thrower. 3. Install the rear seal ring (1) on thrower with the opening at the top and the face of seal marked "OUT" or "REAR" in direction of flywheel.4.
