1. Remove the sixteen bolts (1).2. Install a 1/2"-13NC forged eyebolt in carrier assembly, and fasten a hoist.3. Use two 7/16"-14NC forcing screws to loosen carrier assembly. Remove the planetary carrier assembly (2). Weight of assembly is 100 lb. (45 kg).Install Planetary Carrier Assemblies
1. Install the 1/2"-13NC forged eyebolt in the carrier assembly.2. Fasten a hoist and put the carrier assembly in position on the wheel. Remove eyebolt.3. Install the bolts that hold carrier assembly in place. Tighten the bolts to 195 18 lb.ft. (27,4 2,5 mkg).end by: a) install axlesDisassemble Planetary Carrier Assemblies
start by: a) remove planetary carrier assembly 1. Lift the three shafts (1) out of carrier.2. Remove the three gears (2), six steel washers, and six brass washers.3. Remove the two bearing assemblies from each of the gears.Assemble Planetary Carrier Assemblies
