This guideline enables dealers and customers to benefit by providing an index for the current wall charts. The index will provide an easy way to locate the media numbers and the titles of the wall charts. This guideline must be used with the latest information that is available from Caterpillar Inc. in order to be sure that improvements are incorporated.Wall charts are publications that generally contain the following items:
Disassembly procedures
Assembly procedures
Special torques
Torque sequencesThe wall charts are printed on paper that is resistant to stains and tears. Wall charts cover selected models of the following items:
Drivetrain
Engines
Hydraulics
UndercarriageViewing Wall Charts
Wall charts cannot be viewed in SIS Web. To view the charts on the Caterpillar Inc. website, go to the Repair Process Engineering site at https://dealer.cat.com/cda/layout?m=486576&x=7 by copying this address into a web browser. On the top right of the page in the Related Links box, choose Wall Charts.An alternative way that these charts can also be viewed, is to go to https://dealer.cat.com/, choose Product Support at the top menu bar, then choose Service Operations, and select RPE - Repair Process Engineering on the left navigation bar. On the top right of the page in the Related Links box, choose Wall Charts.You will not be able to print these wall charts. You will not be able to change these wall charts.Ordering Wall Charts
To order wall charts, in the same Related Links box, choose Ordering Media & Subcriptions, and click the Midland link at the top right of the page.Note: A user name and password are required to access Midland.Wall Charts
