Installation Procedure 1.1. Loosen one end of each 150-4231 Hose Assembly (1). Check that the hose is not twisted. Reinstall and tighten all connections to a torque of 86 8 N m (63 6 lb ft). 2. Measure 300 mm (12 in) along the hoses. See Illustration 1 and Dimension X. Cut the Spiral Guard surrounding each hose at the measured distance.3. Install the 6V-3341 Grommets (7) on the hoses where the spiral guard was cut. 4. Install the 2H-9766 Clips (3) using 8T-4282 Bolt (6), 8T-4121 Washers (2), 3J-5696 Pipe (5), and 8T-4311 Nut (4) on the hoses. See Illustraiton 2. It is not necessary to remove any section of spiral guarding to complete this installation.
