Installation Procedure

Use lifting slings and a hoist to position support assembly (12) and fan (13). Install bolts (14). The weight of the support assembly is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). The weight of the fan is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).

Install bolts (16).

Position brace (11) and install bolt (10).

Position sheet assembly (8) and install bolts (7).

Position brace (6) and install bolts (5).

Position fan guard (4) and install bolts (3).

Connect hoses (1) and (2) and tighten the clamps.
Fill the cooling system with coolant. The capacity of the cooling system is 101 L (26.7 US gal).
Close the hood and the engine access door. End By:
Install the fan drive motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive Motor - Remove and Install".
