Remove the impeller coupler chain. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Coupler Chain (Impeller) - Remove".
Release the hydraulic pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".Note: SERVICE DATA: TOOLING (ZZ) WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED IN PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE REMOVAL PROCEDURE. THIS TOOLING IS SHOWN TO ASSIST THE EXPERIENCED SERVICEMAN.

Disconnect tube assemblies (1) from impeller motor (2) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to impeller motor (2), as shown.

Remove the bolts and locknuts (3). Position impeller motor (2) in order to allow enough clearance to remove impeller motor sprocket (4) .
Loosen set screws (4A) and remove impeller motor sprocket (4) .

Remove impeller motor (2) from the implement. The weight of impeller motor (2) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to impeller motor (2), as shown.
Install impeller motor (2) on the implement. The weight of impeller motor (2) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

Install impeller motor sprocket (4) and tighten set screws (4A) .
Install locknuts (3) and the bolts.
