Top view of location of new components in the 4N8537 Fan Drive Group. Installation Procedure
1. Remove the 3B8485 Fitting (grease).2. Install hose assembly (5) in the hole where the fitting was removed.3. Remove the two 0S1588 Bolts and 5M2894 Washers that retain the oil filler pipe.4. Put bracket assembly (2) in position on top of the oil filler pipe flange as shown in the illustration.5. Attach bracket assembly (2) to the engine with two bolts (4) and 5M2894 Washers (from Step 3).6. Install connector (1) in bracket assembly (2) as shown.7. Connect the end of hose assembly (5) to connector (1).8. Install fitting (3) in bracket assembly (2) as shown.9. Lubricate with 2S3230 Bearing Lubricant until grease is just visible at the seal at the back of the fan hub.
