Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Position water pump (23). Install bolts (22).

Position belt tensioner (21). Install bolt (20). Position pulley (19). Install bolt (18) .

Position cover (14). Install bolts (13). Connect hose (15). Tighten clamp (17). Install bolts (16) .

Position sheet assembly (9). Tighten bolts (11). Install bolt (7) .
Position sheet assembly (10). Tighten bolts (12). Install bolt (8) .

Position support assembly (4). Install bolts (3) .

Install the water temperature regulator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, " Water Temperature Regulator - Remove and Install".
Install the left engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure - Remove and Install".
Install the alternator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, " Alternator - Remove and Install".
