The 3413150/">341-3150 Connector Assembly needs to be installed on the 344-0390 Fuel Manifold Group of the products listed below. The 3413150/">341-3150 Connector Assembly filters the fuel for the exhaust module. You will not be charged for the service performed.

Rework Procedure
This Procedure describes the steps needed to add the 3413150/">341-3150 Filter Connector As to the 344-0390 Manifold GP Fuel on certain PM620 and PM622 Cold Planers.
Machine Preparation
1. Start the Engine, park the machine on a hard, level surface.
2. Center the second stage conveyor.
3. Turn Engine start switch to OFF position.
4. Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.
5. Install rear leg supports.

Attach a ?Do not Operate? warning tag or a similar warning tag to the start switch or to the controls before you service the equipment or before you repair the equipment. These warning tag (Special Instruction, SEHS7332) are available from your Caterpillar dealer.

Removal Procedure:

1. Raise RH (A) and LH (B) engine access hoods.
2. Place Hood support rod (C)

3. Remove existing hose (D) that goes from the fuel pump to the fuel manifold on aftertreatment system. The hose will not be reused.
4. Remove 45 Deg elbow (E) connected to the fuel manifold (L). The elbow will not be reused.
5. Remove adapter (F) connected to the fuel pump (M). The adapter will not be reused.

6. Install seal o-rings (J) and (I) in their respective location on elbow (H).
7. Make sure seal o-rings (P) are installed in their respective location on connector assembly (G).
8. Install elbow (H) on fuel pump (M). Make sure the orientation of the elbow (H) is as shown in image 1.5.2.
9. Install connector assembly (E) on fuel manifold (L). Tighten to a torque of 30 +/- 3 N.m.
10. Install hose (K) to elbow (H)
11. Turn the power disconnect switch to the ON.
12. Use two people in order to flush the fuel pump and fuel line (K) into a suitable container for disposal. The fuel pump can be activated by turning on the key.
13 Connect fuel line (K) to connector (G) on the ARD manifold. Make sure the hose has clearance to surrounding parts.
After reassembly, prime
